Membership of Georgian-Azerbaijani border delimitation commission to be approved soon
The renewed membership of the Georgian-Azerbaijani border delimitation commission will be approved at the nearest sitting of the government, presumably next week – Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze told journalists.
When talking about the issue of David Gareja, a rock-hewn Georgian Orthodox monastery complex located in Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia, Bakhtadze said that all ministers were instructed to keep active communication.
According to Prime Minister, talks about delimitation issues will continue between the commissions of Georgia and Azerbaijan afterward. “I am sure we will manage to decide the issue in agreement of the friendship and strategic partnership between Georgia and Azerbaijan,” PM stated.
