Levan Mgaloblishvili: GID participants propose to replace Geneva format with Minsk format which Georgia rejected

The Chairman of the Government of Abkhazia, Levan Mgaloblishvili, said the participants of the 62nd round of the Geneva International Discussions proposed to replace the Geneva format with the Minsk format, which Georgia rejected.

According to Mgaloblishvili, the Russian delegation left the meeting in protest, but two issues were still discussed: illegal detentions and illegal borderization.

“I am sure that very soon, together with our allied countries, we will have to sit down and I hope that all the issues of the six-point agreement will be given a proper answer,” Mgaloblishvili added.
