Levan Izoria – We will strengthen peace and security in the world together with NATO

Georgia remains faithful to the internationally taken commitments and continues contributing to the peacekeeping mission – Levan Izoria, Georgian Defense Minister stated during the meeting of Defense Ministers of NATO member states and its partner countries in the format of Resolute Support Mission (RSM) Program in Brussels, Belgium.

Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) opened the ministerial and underlined that support of partner states was vitally important.

“We will strengthen peace and security in the world together with NATO. We will keep on partnership,” Izoria stated.

Izoria also said that Georgia expected that its reached progress would be fixed in a statement that would a step forward for Georgia’s NATO integration,” Izoria stated.
