Lasha Talakhadze dedicated his victory to 100th anniversary of Georgia's independence

Georgian weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze dedicated his victory at European Championship to the 100th anniversary of Georgia’s independence.

As sportsman noted after the European Championship in Bucharest, despite the positive emotions, he is disappointed as could not managed to set a new world record during the championship.

Georgian national team has won the European Championship in Bucharest. Georgian wrestlers gained 10 gold, three silver and two bronze medals at the tournament. Georgian weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze has won the gold medal.
