Kutaisi Davit Aghmashenebeli International Airport hosted international media representatives who arrived in Georgia within the framework of the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum.

Organized by the Tourism National Administration, foreign journalists will prepare articles and TV stories about Georgia’s tourism potential and sightseeing sites.

“Kutaisi airport is much nicer and bigger than it was in 2019 when I first arrived at this airport. A lot has changed here since then. You have a beautifully designed airport,” said Joresa Blount, Forbes reporter.

Kutaisi Airport Director Gaga Sanikidze provided the guests with information about renewed terminals, tourist flows and future plans.

The foreign journalists will also visit Gori Electric Power Plant, Enguri HPP, Poti, Batumi and Anaklia Ports.
