Koba Gvenetadze – Loans should not be issued without confirmation of revenues

“Loans should not be issued without confirmation of revenues,” Koba Gvenetadze, President of National Bank of Georgia (NBG) commented on the exclusive interview, which Bidzina Ivanishvili, Chairman of Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia Party and former Prime Minister of Georgia gave to First Channel in “Actual Topic with Maka Tsintsadze” Program on July 24.

Gvenetadze underlined that the mandate of NBG was to ensure financial stability and transparency of financial system. He said that discussions about problem of abundance of debts continued in non-stop regime.

“We should introduce accountability financial principles, and reforms with respect of consumer rights are essential,” Gvenetadze underlined.

Bidzina Ivanishvili, Chairman of Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia Party and former Prime Minister of Georgia talked about abundance of debts and bank regulations in an interview with “Actual Topic with Maka Tsintsadze” Program of First Channel.
