Ketevan Tsikhelashvili – Address of PM to Russia is step made with responsibility

The statement of Prime Minister to Russia is a step made with big responsibility targeted at finding the means out of the current difficult situation – Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, State Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equity thus evaluated the address of PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili towards the Russian authorities.

According to Tsikhelashvili, the current situation has been tense since 2008 due to Russia’s moves and it is a tragedy that transfer of the body of Archil Tatunashvili, Georgian citizen who died in occupied Tskhinvali region, is dragged in time.

Tsikhelashvili said that the address of Prime Minister is a statement of Georgia’s peaceful policy that contains messages. “The statement serves at resolution of conflict through peaceful means. This is a clear message that Georgia does not want war or confrontation,” Tsikhelashvili stated.

PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili applied to Russian government with urge for making joint steps to solve the difficult situation.
