“The best way to normalize relations would be for Russia to lift the ban on flights, instead of delaying lifting or talking about it, Russia should remove the ban,” said US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan while commenting on Russian Foreign Minister’s statement saying “I want to hope that the resumption of flights with Georgia is a matter of the near future.”

“After that, the Georgian people could more easily believe that Russia is serious about everything else it says,” added Kelly Degnan.
