Justice Minister engages with British Ambassador

Georgia Minister of Justice Paata Salia engaged with British Ambassador to Georgia Gareth Ward to review prospects for deepening cooperation.

According to the Ministry, during the introductory meeting, Paata Salia touched on priorities such as human rights protection mechanisms, state services policy, penitentiary and probation system reform, digital management and integration of innovations in the ministry’s work.

Paata Salia thanked the British Ambassador for his visit and expressed his readiness to deepen future cooperation in the field of justice.

Deputy Minister Beka Dzamashvili and the Ambassador’s Political and Foreign Relations Secretary Jessica Duckworth attended the meeting.
