Journalist Eka Khoperia appointed Education and Culture Minister of Abkhazia

Journalist Eka Khoperia was appointed the Education and Culture Minister of the Abkhazia Autonomous Republic.

According to the Government of Abkhazia Autonomous Republic, Eka Khoperia will take her office today.
