Interior Ministry urges protesters not to exceed norms established by law on freedom

“The employees of various structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) are mobilized to ensure public order on Rustaveli Avenue,” the MIA has said.
The Ministry called on protesters “not to exceed the norms established by the law on freedom of expression and peaceful assembly”.
“Any violation of the law will be immediately prevented by the police, within the limits of the law”, they added.
The protest is underway against the Draft Law on Transparency of Foreign Influence outside the Parliament building.
