Opposition demands meeting with PM

Nika Gvaramia, Gigi Ugulava, and other opposition representatives demand a meeting with Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

Together with the protesters, they have relocated to the government administration, vowing to remain there.

“After the adoption of the Draft Law on Transparency of Foreign Influence, the request was altered to “No to the Russian government,” Gvaramia says.

Asked what would happen if the PM did not meet them, Gvaramia responded: “Let Kobakhidze think about it, we know what will happen.”

Law enforcement officers are mobilized at the entrances of the government administration.
