Minister of Internal Affairs, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, convened a meeting with the leadership and staff of the Patrol Police Department.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the Minister toured the department’s facilities, including infrastructure, workspaces, and the Unified Service Centre, and interacted with staff to gain insight into their activities.
“Sulkhan Tamazashvili expressed his gratitude to the Patrol Police personnel for their dedication to maintaining law and order, combating crime, and ensuring road safety. During the meeting, they discussed ongoing and upcoming projects focused on boosting the efficiency of the Patrol Police and making police services more accessible to citizens. The Minister also emphasised that improving working conditions for police officers and modernising police infrastructure remain priorities, and efforts in this direction will continue actively,” the MIA stated.
