Hungarian President nominates Georgian Ambassador to Hungary for State Order of Honor
President of Hungary Tamás Sulyok nominated Georgian Ambassador to Hungary Tamar Liluashvili for the State Order of Honor.
The Hungarian Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry hosted the official awarding ceremony.
Boglárka Illés, the State Secretary for Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary handed over the award to Tamar Liluashvili.
In the welcoming speech, Boglárka Illés and Deputy State Secretary Adam Stifter underscored the Georgian Ambassador’s role in the intensification and deepening of Georgia-Hungary bilateral relations.
Tamar Liluashvili and Boglárka Illés held a face-to-face meeting following the awarding ceremony. Liluashvili thanked the Hungarian government for the honorary award and unwavering support for Georgia.
