Hundreds of trucks stopped at Mleta village

Hundreds of trucks are stopped at Mleta village, at Georgia-Russia border checkpoint.
According to Revenue Service, the Russian side imposed limit on movement of heavy vehicles during the tourist season. The priority goes to tourists and light cars.
About 700 trucks are waiting in the queue including those traveling from Armenia. The checkpoint has to give pass to 400 trucks during 24 hours, Revenue Service reports.
