Georgian Government on Monday has banned social gatherings of more than 10 people including weddings, funerals, etc. as part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country.
Moreover, according to the decree, within the framework of the state of emergency, the assembly/manifestation is prohibited.
Georgia has confirmed 54 cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). 3 320 are under quarantine, while 235 under hospital supervision. 8 patients cured so far.
