Government to finance building of First Medical Aid Centers in regions

The Georgian government will finance building of First Medical Aid Centers in the regions – Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze said during the briefing held before the governmental sitting.

PM said that 20 million GEL is allocated for the implementation of the project, which will comprise all municipalities.

Rehabilitation of about 300 ambulatories will begin this year, 100 new ones and 40 First Medical Aid center will be also constructed.

“Health of our population and access to medical services remains one of the main priorities of the government,” PM said.
