President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili has started his visit to Brussels. According to the presidential administration, the issues discussed in Brussels will be European and Euro-Atlantic integration, ongoing reforms and perspectives of Georgia, difficulties regarding visa-free travel and sector cooperation with the EU.
President Margvelashvili will focus on security issues, situation in the occupied territories of Georgia and Russia’s aggressive policy.
He will brief the European partners on the abduction and tragic death of a Georgian citizen, Archil Tatunashvili in the occupied Tskhinvali.
