“We have launched consultations over pardoning issues to make the mechanism more refined,” Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili said.

President said he believed that dirty Black PR was mounted against him regarding pardoning mechanism.

“The public saw the beginning of filthy campaigning and its shabby ending. Unfortunately, we live in this reality,” President said.
