Human Resources, education and Skills, are main systemic obstacles, to which attention should be paid in order to solve current economic challenges, – said Giorgi Kobulia, a candidate for the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, during the joint sitting of the parliamentary committees.
According to him efforts should be directed to export market integration.
