Georgia’s FM meets her Kazakh counterpart

As part of her official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Georgia’s Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, has held talks with her Kazakh counterpart, Yermek Kosherbayev.

According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry’s press office, the meeting highlighted the significance of establishing a strategic partnership between Georgia and Kazakhstan during the Prime Minister’s ongoing visit. This development marks the beginning of a new chapter in bilateral relations and is set to pave the way for comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.

“The sides discussed prospects for the further development of bilateral relations. They underscored the vital importance of maintaining dialogue at the highest and senior official levels.

Particular attention was dedicated to the cooperation between Georgia and Kazakhstan in developing the Middle Corridor, as well as to strengthening trade and economic ties between the two nations,” the statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia read.
