Georgian Sambists gained 11 medals

At the European Games in Belarus, Georgian Sambists surpassed the most optimistic forecasts and gained 11 medals.

On the first day of the competition, on June 22, Georgian Sambists won six medals and added five on the second day.

On the first day, Givi Nadareishvili Genadi Chirgadze and Paata Gviniashvili obtained a bronze medal.

As for Gold Medals: Levan Nakhutsrishvili defeated Russian Stanislav Skriabini in the final and became Champion of Minsk’s European games. Later, Beka Berdzenishvili scored the same goal, defeating Belarusian Yuri Ribak 8-0.

Finally, Georgian Sambists won four bronze, three silver and four gold medals at Minsk’s European Games.
