Georgian rescuers pull another survivor in quake-ravaged Turkey

Georgian rescuers pulled out one more survivor from beneath the rubble in quake-ravaged Turkey, the Emergency Situations Management Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported.

Forty additional firefighter rescuers dispatched from Georgia have arrived in Adiyaman city to assist the Georgian squad in their efforts to rescue survivors from the debris.

The Georgian 100-member rescue squad, armed with innovative acoustic equipment, drones, and communication systems, continues collaborating with Turkish colleagues in the disaster zone.

A deadly earthquake struck southern Turkey and northern Syria, killing over 7000 people on February 6.
