Georgian Interior Ministry delegation awarded Spanish National Police White Cross during working visit to Madrid

A delegation from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), led by Davit Kiknadze, Director of the Central Criminal Police Department, paid a working visit to Spain.

During the visit, the delegation took part in ceremonial events celebrating Spanish National Police Day.

Francisco Pardo Piqueras, Director-General of the Spanish National Police, hosted the ceremony.

As part of the proceedings, Francisco Pardo Piqueras presented the Spanish National Police “White Cross” decoration to Davit Kiknadze, Director of the Central Criminal Police Department; Sophio Imerlishvili, Director of the International Relations Department; and Irakli Dondoladze, Deputy Director of the Central Criminal Police Department, in recognition of successful and fruitful law enforcement cooperation between Georgia and Spain.

Notably, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Roni Meskhi was also awarded the Spanish National Police “White Cross” for his contributions to advancing law enforcement cooperation between Georgia and Spain.
