Georgian FM meets his colleague from Bosnia and Herzegovina

Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili met his colleague from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konakovic, within the framework of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

The two FMs stressed the significance and prospects of activating relations between the two countries, especially concerning EU integration aspirations.

Ilia Darchiashvili noted Georgia is interested in developing consultative formats with the Balkans aimed at ensuring Georgia would receive EU candidate status.

Georgian delegation, led by Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, participates in the 78th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
