Georgian Films Days opened in Seoul

Georgian Films Days were opened at the Korean Film Archive in Seoul, South Korea. Georgian Ambassador to South Korea Otar Berdzenishvili addressed the invited guests with a welcoming speech and talked about the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the cultural sphere.

Georgian Films Days are being held for the first time in South Korea and will last till October 25. Five films will be shown within the framework of the event: “Pirosmani” by Giorgi Shengelia, “Moira” of Levan Tutberidze, “House of Others – Rusudan Glurjidze, “Dede” – Mariam Khachvani and “Scary Mother – Ana Urushadze.

The guests had the opportunity to taste Georgian wine. The event is organized by the Georgian Embassy in South Korea with support of the Georgian National Film Center.
