Georgian Embassy in constant contact with Georgians living in Israel, ambassador says

Lasha Zhvania, Georgia’s ambassador to Israel, said, “The Embassy is in constant contact with Georgian citizens living in Israel. Three hotlines are operating round-the-clock.”

“Yesterday, five flights were carried out from Tel Aviv to Tbilisi. We managed to bring practically all of them to Georgia. The embassy provides effective assistance if someone needs shelter or flights,” the ambassador stated.

According to Zhvania, reports that the embassy and consulate are open until 13:00 are “incorrect” as they offer consultations whenever necessary and try to assist effectively.
