Georgian citizen illegally detained by occupation forces released

Manuchar Gulitashvili, unlawfully detained Georgian citizen, has been released, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported on Wednesday.

The SSG said it had activated a hotline and notified the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) and the co-chairs of the Geneva International Discussions (GID) about the fact.

On 19 December, the Russian occupying forces illegally detained a Georgian citizen in the vicinity of the Perevi village, Sachkhere municipality.
