SSG: Occupation forces unlawfully detain three Georgian citizens

Occupation forces unlawfully detained three Georgian citizens near occupied Zemo Artsevi and Otrevi villages, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported.

The SSG said it activated a hotline of the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) and notified co-chairs of the Geneva International Discussions (GID) and international partners to release the detainees shortly.

“The occupation forces bear full responsibility for the destructive actions carried out in the occupied regions of Georgia and along the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL),” the SSG said.
