Georgia records 2 911 new coronavirus cases, 45 deaths, 2 421 recoveries

Georgia has reported 2 911 new coronavirus cases, 45 new deaths and 2 421 recoveries today, said Aleksandre Khojevanishvili, Head of the Task Force operating at the Inter-Agency Coordination Council on coronavirus.
In total, Georgia’s coronavirus cases increased to 66 561. The number of recovered patients reached 49 811. The virus-related death toll stands at 566.
Currently, 39 721 people are self-isolating, 2 656 people remain in quarantine and 3 181 more at COVID-Hotels.
