Georgian and Armenian PMs on Thursday signed a document to further simplify visa-free travel.
As per the document, Georgian and Armenian citizens can cross the border only with biometric ID cards.
According to the government’s press service, the deal followed the meeting of the intergovernmental economic commission in Yerevan.
As part of his working visit to Armenia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met with his Armenian counterpart, Nikol Pashinyan to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional issues.
