GD’s Tsilosani: Voters recognize opposition’s defeat, reject participation in chaos
“The protests have shown that the majority of the opposition’s supporters recognize their defeat in the elections. The opposition lacks support from external sources,” stated Nino Tsilosani, a member of the Georgian Dream party.
Tsilosani expressed her belief that the process of organizing protests is becoming increasingly absurd, saying, “Nobody wants to participate in this madness.”
She further asserted that the opposition, which was previously lacking in reputation and morality, is now also devoid of intellect, evident in their failure to present a coherent action plan.
“Zurab Japaridze may promise his supporters unique and distinguished plans. However, I doubt his resources will extend to actions similar to what he has done along the occupation line. His supporters should not expect more than that. It is unimaginable to stand alongside politicians and engage in the unsavoury behaviours they have exhibited recently,” she added.
