Gakharia for Georgia's Sharashidze not viewing unification of all opposition parties as correct way to defeat 'Dream'

“For me, the National Movement and any party affiliated with it represent a red line. Therefore, we do not consider any unity with them,” said Giorgi Sharashidze, a member of the Gakharia for Georgia party.

According to Sharashidze, who decided that the unification of all opposition parties is the correct way to fight against the Georgian Dream.

“I don’t know with whom Giorgi Vashadze (Strategy Aghmashenebeli leader) has. We have red lines, and for us, the National Movement and any party affiliated with it represent a red line. Therefore, we do not consider any unity with them. Our question is, who decided that the unification of all opposition parties is the correct way to fight against the Georgian Dream? I personally do not think so.

The Dream is interested in having only two poles in the country. We have our path. Using our specific tactics and political tools, we will continue to work with the voters of “Dream” or any party to persuade them as much as possible and show them where the truth lies. Although step by step and consistently but peacefully and democratically, we will manage to move the Dream into the opposition,” Giorgi Sharashidze said.
