Gakharia for Georgia’s Akubardia: All parties have strategy for non-recognition of parliament
“We do not recognize the legitimacy of the so-called parliament, and we have made that clear. All parties have their strategies. We will decide when we deem it necessary,” stated Teona Akubardia, a member of the Gakharia for Georgia party.
According to Akubardia, the party operates according to its own framework.
“We do not recognize the legitimacy of the so-called parliament, and we have communicated this on multiple occasions. All parties adhere to their respective strategies. Our decision on when to utilize available mechanisms will depend on our judgment and developments.
I reiterate that we will not participate in legitimizing an illegitimate parliament, and I cannot envision any opposition party holding a different perspective. The party may adopt an alternative strategy regarding the renunciation of mandates at this stage,” she concluded.
