Freedom Square collects support for lustration law to prevent KGB agents from holding public office
“We have invited citizens who wish to endorse the lustration law to sign our petition,” stated Levan Tsutskiridze, leader of the Freedom Square party.
According to him, the petition was drafted by the Freedom Square party.
“Before this significant march begins, we are collecting signatures from individuals who support the adoption of the lustration law. This legislation aims to prevent KGB agents or their successor organisations from entering public office. We are calling on citizens who share this stance to sign our petition. It is a formal appeal in support of the lustration law. Our proposal has been available online for some time, allowing anyone to review it and participate in the discussion,” Tsutskiridze explained.
