Four juveniles being questioned at MIA

Four juveniles are being questioned at Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in the status of witnesses into case of Khorava Street murder in Tbilisi. The juveniles arrived at MIA together with parents and family lawyers.

Vladimer Botsvadze, Director of Central Criminal Police Department stated during the briefing on June 1 that MIA would investigate the criminal case to reveal additional circumstances.

At the order of Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, the case returned to MIA from Prosecutor’s Office for re-investigation.

Two youngsters were sentenced to imprisonment based on the verdict made by City Court on May 31.
