Foreign Minister of Latvia: We’ll express our solidarity and support to Georgia’s territorial integrity
The Foreign Minister of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs wrote about his planned visit to Tbilisi on his Twitter page. According to him, he is leaving for Tbilisi from Warsaw in order to mark 10th anniversary of the Russian-Georgian war and express solidarity to Georgian people.
“Off to Warsaw to join my Polish & Lithuanian colleagues Jacek Czaputowicz and Linas Linkevičius and Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko for visit to Tbilisi to mark 10 years since Russian aggression against Georgia, we’ll express our solidarity and support to Georgia’s territorial integrity” – Foreign Minister of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs wrote.
On August 6-7, Foreign Minister of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz, Foreign Minister of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius, Foreign Minister of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs and Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko will visit Georgia in connection with the 10th anniversary of August 2008 Georgia-Russia war .
