FM: Process toward Europe to make Georgia resilient to cope with occupation related challenges

The process of moving towards Europe makes Georgia resilient to cope with the occupation related challenges, said David Zalkaliani, Georgian Foreign Minister, in live-air of the Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB).

According to the FM, de-occupation remains one of the main priorities of the foreign policy strategy.

“The Georgian government creates the environment to European partners so that they help the country in minimization of the facing threats to ensure stability, welfare,” Zalkaliani claimed.

Foreign Minister said Georgia’s occupation was high on the international agenda. Russia is constantly put in discomfort and it will finally be forced to fulfill the 2008 ceasefire commitment.

“The path to Europe makes our country attractive and resilient to cope with the occupation related challenges,” David Zalkaliani stated.
