“We are consistent in our attitude toward Ukraine; our decisions and support are in line with this policy,” said Maka Botchorishvili, Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

According to the FM, Georgia supports the implementation of international norms based on principles.

“We are consistent regarding Ukraine, and we have said it many times. We have a firmly established position, therefore all our decisions and support are in line with this policy. If anyone is surprised today, it is due to disinformation and information manipulation.

There is nothing surprising; we have a firmly established policy towards Ukraine. We support the implementation of international norms based on principles. This is significant for us, though I will reiterate that our decisions stem from the fact that we do not want to endanger our country, make decisions which will jeopardize Georgia’s security,” she said.
