FM Maka Botchorishvili meets OSCE PA President at 32nd OSCE Ministerial
Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Pere Joan Pons Sampietro, within the framework of the 32nd OSCE Ministerial.
According to the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the OSCE PA President accentuated cooperation with Georgia, welcoming the parliamentary delegation’s participation in the ministerial.
The Georgian FM stressed the challenges facing Georgia, including the facts of disinformation and information manipulation targeted against Georgia.
The sides reviewed the situation in Georgia, highlighting the role of a healthy political environment for the country’s development. They also touched on Georgia-EU relations, emphasising the significance of constructive dialogue.
Maka Botchorishvili and Pere Joan Pons Sampietro spoke about the significance of stability and security, and reconfirmed readiness to continue dialogue and cooperation.
