FM Botchorishvili meets Foreign Minister of Tajikistan

Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili met her colleague, the Foreign Minister of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, during the visit to the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), the colleagues reviewed bilateral cooperation issues as well as matters within international organisations, emphasizing the significance of the first high-level and official visit from Georgia, which serves as a basis for deepening the partnership between the two countries.

“The significance of maintaining the highest and high-level dialogue between Georgia and Tajikistan was noted, accentuating the development of the Middle Corridor and strengthening efforts towards regional cooperation,” the MFA said.
