FM Botchorishvili holds talks with Armenian Foreign Minister

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, met with her Armenian counterpart, Ararat Mirzoyan. The Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on this engagement.

According to the Ministry, on March 4, 2026, during the 15th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Georgia and Armenia, Minister Botchorishvili held discussions with Minister Mirzoyan.

Both sides underlined the significance of convening the next session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.

The discussion centred on bilateral and regional cooperation between Georgia and Armenia. In this context, the participants highlighted that regional stability, security, and sustainable development remain shared priorities.

The Georgian Foreign Minister reaffirmed Georgia’s commitment to actively contribute towards strengthening peace and stability in the region, emphasising the importance of continued cooperation between the two neighbours.
