Finance Ministry's Investigation Service Chief visits Kakheti and Kvemo Kartli

The Head of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Mikheil Maghlakelidze, accompanied by his deputies, recently visited Kakheti and Kvemo Kartli. During the visit, he held a working meeting with the newly appointed heads of the Investigation Department in these regions.

According to the Investigation Service’s press release, Maghlakelidze received updates on the detection, investigation, and preventative measures implemented in their areas concerning financial and economic crimes.

The discussion also covered crime statistics and regional resolution rates. Maghlakelidze engaged with staff, inspected workspaces, and reviewed the priorities outlined in the department’s action plan.
