Festival opened in Batumi in connection with launch of summer season

A festival was opened in Batumi seaside city of Adjara region in connection with the launch of the summer season. The festival “Summer begins Here” was opened at the Alphabet Tower.

Open cafes and bungalows were arranged on the territory, and cultural and sports activities were planned under the buckhound of music. Georgian and foreign DJs will be playing music until late for holidaymakers.

“We are expecting an increased number of tourists this year. Tourist products are also increased not only in Batumi, but mountainous Adjara and preserved territories,” Tinatin Zoidze, Head of Tourist Products Development Agency of Adjara Tourism Department said.
