This year’s Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) will no longer take place due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The event was due to take place at Rotterdam’s 16,000 capacity Ahoy Arena, with the final on 16 May.
“We, like the millions of you around the world, are extremely saddened that it cannot take place in May,” organisers said in a statement.
The news marks the first time in Eurovision’s 64-year history that the competition has not taken place.
Tornike Kipiani had to present Georgia at 2020 ESC in Rotterdam.
