European institutions facing a crisis of governance under incompetent bureaucrats, claims MP Rati Ionatamishvili

“We are witnessing Eurocrats actively confronting official Washington and the United States, specifically targeting the President and the core vision that commanded the support of the American public to elect Donald Trump to a second presidential term,” declared MP Rati Ionatamishvili, Chairman of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.

Ionatamishvili emphasised that against this backdrop, the rhetoric coming out of Brussels points to a single reality: the profound crisis currently engulfing the European bureaucracy, particularly in the diplomatic sphere.

“When you consider that figures like Kaja Kallas pay no heed whatsoever to the US Secretary of State and show complete disregard for the State Department, it further underscores the crisis gripping the European bureaucracy.

This serves as an alarming signal for European institutions themselves, which have unfortunately fallen under the sway of such unqualified, incompetent bureaucrats who care nothing for Europe’s actual national interests,” Ionatamishvili stated.
