European Council reports on Charles Michel’s meeting with Georgian PM

Charles Michel, President of the European Council, met Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, on the sidelines of the meeting of the European Political Community taking place on 7 November 2024 in Budapest, the European Council reported on its webpage.

The PM said on November 7 that he discussed Georgia-EU relations with Charles Michel.

“I reaffirmed my government’s commitment to European integration and emphasized the importance of partner support and a fair approach in this process. We also addressed recent developments in Georgia, and I reiterated our readiness for open and sincere dialogue,” Kobakhidze wrote on the X Platform.
