Emergency Service urges coastal region citizens to exert caution due to inclement weather

The Georgian Emergency Situations Management Service has issued a statement urging citizens, especially those in coastal regions, to exercise caution due to the worsening weather conditions.

Due to strong winds, heavy precipitation, and storms in different parts of the country, emergency response teams, including firefighters, police departments, and local municipalities, are mobilized to address the situation.

We urge the population, especially citizens in the coastal regions, to refrain from moving near the coastline due to the storm and bad weather,” the statement notes.
