Education Minister congratulates Year 12 students on last bell: Graduation is just beginning of your success

The Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Givi Mikanadze, has extended his congratulations to the 12th-grade graduates on this significant milestone.

“Today, the last bell will ring for graduating students across our schools. My dear friends, today marks the end of a remarkable chapter in your lives, but it also heralds the start of a new, exciting stage.

While it is sad to say farewell to your beloved schools, it is equally joyful to take your first steps towards independence. Remember, this is merely the beginning of your journey towards success.

I am confident that your teachers, parents, friends, and relatives are all proud of you. I, too, share in that pride and am immensely proud that our homeland boasts such worthy, truly outstanding young people.

School is a place where the future of our country is being shaped. Throughout your life’s journey, you will always carry the lessons of your teachers, the memories of your first friends, and the moments shared with classmates; this small world will forever remain a treasured part of your life.

I believe that you will channel the education you received into even greater achievements in your future. It is our responsibility to create an environment that allows you to realise your potential and pursue your ambitions.

Remember, knowledge is valuable only when it serves the well-being of the country and society. Set ambitious goals, face challenges with courage, and believe in your own abilities,” says Givi Mikanadze.
