Economy Ministry reports record-breaking exports of USD 3,843.8 million in January-July 2025

According to the Ministry of Economy of Georgia, exports from January to July 2025 rose by 8.9%, reaching an all-time high of USD 3,843.8 million.

The ministry also noted that imports during the same period increased by 10.8%, totalling USD 10,310.1 million. However, in July 2025 alone, imports declined by 6.7%, amounting to USD 1,464.0 million.

“In the first seven months of 2025, trade turnover grew by 10.3% to reach USD 14,153.9 million, marking another record volume. In July 2025, the trade turnover reached USD 2,073.1 million.

We remind you that 2024 saw record figures in both exports and trade turnover. Exports in that year increased by 7.8%, reaching USD 6.6 billion, while trade turnover rose by 8.1% to USD 23.4 billion,” the Ministry of Economy stated.
